On the very first burn, let the melted wax pool reach all the way to the container’s edges. We recommend burning the candle about 1 hour per inch of diameter (roughly 3–4 hours for a typical jar of 8Oz.)

Allow the candle to cool and the wax to re-solidify (typically 1–2 hours) before lighting again

Stop using the candle when about ½ inch (1–1.5 cm) of wax remains at the bottom. Burning past this point can crack the container and pose a fire risk.

Incorporate into your yoga or meditation session. Or simply into your everyday life. Wear it as a companion before your meetings, your dates or in the escalator.
